At Calzuro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional footwear. If your clogs aren't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear back into its original Calzuro box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
